Goal: For participants to become knowledgeable and skilled in the practice of perceptual transformation by becoming aware of their perceptions, by reframing their perceptions, by transforming their perceptions and by solving their problems from their new perceptions to experience their own behavioral change.
Premise: Understanding and identifying the fluctuating emotional states is key to the practice of self-managing using intervention strategies. Some students who are actively engaged in self-labeling discover their ability to manage their emotions positively.
